Refund and Return Policy

Introduction

At ELAF Designs, we are committed to providing design and printing services of the highest possible quality. Given the nature of our bespoke services, our exchange and return policy is clearly outlined below.

Nature of Services

Our services include: Graphic design, visual identity, printing (cards, brochures, banners, etc.), and any work executed based on a specific client request. All these services are custom-made to order.

Return Policy

  • Refunds are not possible once work has commenced on the design.
  • There are no returns or cancellations after final design approval by the client.
  • No returns for printed materials once printing or execution has started.

Modification Policy (Return Alternative)

Instead of returns, we provide:

  • A pre-agreed number of modifications
  • Design edits prior to final approval
  • Modifications within the same agreed scope of work

Any modification outside the agreed scope will be charged as an additional service.

Printed Materials

Once the design is approved and printing begins: Cancellation, replacement, and returns are not possible. In the event of a technical error solely from our side (contrary to the approved design): Reprinting will be done at no additional cost.

Client Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of texts, numbers, sizes, and colors before approving the design. ELAF Designs is not responsible for any errors after final approval.

Exceptional Cases

Exceptional cases are considered only in the event of a clear error by the ELAF Designs team or if the service does not match what was agreed upon in writing. The solution will be determined by management as deemed appropriate.
